You might be wondering how you can share value.

Let look at the definition of Value from the dictionary - 1. the regard that something is held to deserve; the importance, worth, or usefulness of something 2. principles or standards of behaviour; one's judgement of what is important in life.

Simple way you can add value to people are under listed

1 - Be frank - too often people tell others what they want to hear, rather than what they NEED to hear.

2 - Comedy - there’s not enough laughing these days, so individuals who are able to make people laugh provide tremendous value.

3 - Quality time - technology has us thinking that communicating digitally equates to fulfilling relationships. Personally, I’m a believer it’s more-so time spent face-to-face. Whether it’s 30 minutes or 3 hours, spending quality time with someone can be really impactful.

4 - Gifts - one of the more popular love languages is receiving gifts. If you know someone’s favorite flowers, candy, craft beer, surprise them with it next time you see them!

5 - Writing - it could be a hand-written note or it could be on a platform like Quora. Sharing our insights, beliefs, and motivation with others can be incredibly valuable.

6 - Physical touch - personally, I love physical touch. It’s my love language. So when someone gives me a hug, pat on the back, or a handshake, I get 5% happier.

7 - Affirmations - people love to hear positive statements about themselves. Tell someone their new haircut looks lovely. Let your friends know how much you appreciate their love and support.

8 - Service - it feels good when someone makes us a meal, helps us paint the house or any other act of service. Unfortunately, it seems increasingly uncommon that people go out of their way to do this for others.

9 - Share - sharing our blessings with our friends and family is an easy way to express love. Whether it’s something small like a meal or perhaps an open room for someone looking for housing, sharing is selfless & it feels good too.

10 - Ask deeper questions - I love when someone asks me an intentional, open-ended question. It shows me they care. We live in a shallow, superficial society. Get vulnerable and asks your people questions that go deeper than ‘whats up?’

By approaching things with total honesty and integrity.

Here what Mark Garee have to save about adding value in a business

If everything you do, or create, is based on a foundation of the most fundamental truths, your efforts in this life will be magnified for others. As an entrepreneur, I see being honest about your business's flaws as an effective competitive advantage in business. When I began my first dot com in 2004, the industry was controlled by brokers. These brokers would take advantage of those 10% of customers that don't shop around and simply buy from the first option they find. These customers would get gouged with a 25% markup for not shopping around and calling a local company directly. I launched the most genuinely honest site I could conceive that advertised next to these brokers and alerted people on the benefits of working directly with the real owner-operators. Customers, and the industry rallied behind the honest business model, and in 2010, the leading broker declared bankruptcy.

The greatest wisdom is often the most counter-intuitive. Businesses are less likely to fail, the more honest and selfless they are. Thus capitalism creates a more compelling incentive by rewarding selfless behavior. Whereas socialism or communism when it forces people to behave selflessly creates an incentive to game the system. The less you work and contribute, the greater your rewards relative to effort. Charities are also often inefficient at creating honest value as well. Often, only a percentage of donations go toward the root cause after a staff of marketers collect their salary
